Thank you Leo of Diaz and Sons Construction. We needed our porch floor repaired and having Leo do the work was a great experience. He gave us a bid a few months before we booked him and actually followed up with us around the time I said we would be doing it. He used quality materials and was very conscientious about helping us maintain the original craftsman feel of our home. In addition to making our porch floor not only stable and solid but beautiful to look at (we didn’t need to repaint it because the wood looks wonderful) he installed an attic fan to help keep our home cool.
